国际雪联的10条安全准则

国际雪联十条滑雪安全准则（全文转抄，简单翻译，10 FIS rules for conduct,rule for safty 以下简称10 rules或十条准则，翻译得有问题或者水平烂，请批评指正，造福雪友）

10 FIS Rules For Safty：

1. Respect for others（尊重原则）

A skier or snowboarder must behave in such a way that he does not endanger or prejudice others.

无论双板还是单板滑雪者，都应该遵循以下行为准则：绝不做出将会损伤或致使他人受伤的行为。

2. Control of speed and skiing or snowboarding（自控原则）

A skier or snowboarder must move in control. He must adapt his speed and manner of skiing or snowboarding to his personal ability and to the prevailing conditions of terrain, snow and weather as well as to the density of traffic.

无论双板还是单板滑雪者，都应当让自己的滑行处于可控范围之内。其滑行速度和方式应当和其个人滑雪水平相符，并且应根据地势、雪质、天气和雪场人口密度来选择以何种方式滑行。

3. Choice of route（选择安全线路原则）

A skier or snowboarder coming from behind must choose his route in such a way that he does not endanger skiers or snowboarders ahead.

后方滑雪者务必要选择不危及前方滑雪者的线路滑行。（前方滑雪者有雪道使用的优先权）

4. Overtaking（超车原则）

A skier or snowboarder may overtake another skier or snowboarder above or below and to the right or to the left provided that he leaves enough space for the overtaken skier or snowboarder to make any voluntary or involuntary movement.

从后方或侧方超越其他滑雪者时，请保持足够距离。

5. Entering, starting and moving upwards（进入雪道、启动、爬坡原则）

A skier or snowboarder entering a marked run, starting again after stopping or moving upwards on the slopes must look up and down the slopes that he can do so without endangering himself or others.

当滑雪中途稍作休息重新开始，或者向坡上攀爬时，务必保证不危及到自己及其他人的安全。

6. Stopping on the piste（停止地点原则）Unless absolutely necessary, a skier or snowboarder must avoid stopping on the piste in narrow places or where visibility is restricted. After a fall in such a place, a skier or snowboarder must move clear of the piste as soon as possible.

除非必须，滑雪者应避免停留在赛道、狭窄的雪道、视线易受阻的地方，若经过上述地点，请尽快通过。

7. Climbing and descending on foot（两侧行走原则）A skier or snowboarder either climbing or descending on foot must keep to the side of the piste.

如需在雪道上行走时，请务必在雪道两侧。

8. Respect for signs and markings（注意警示标识原则）A skier or snowboarder must respect all signs and markings.

请滑雪者务必对信号牌、指示牌和指示物保持足够的重视。

9. Assistance（协助原则）

At accidents, every skier or snowboarder is duty bound to assist.

一旦遇见事故，每个滑雪者都有义务去帮助受伤的人。

10. Identification（事故确定身份原则）

Every skier or snowboarder and witness, whether a responsible party or not, must exchange names and addresses following an accident.

事故后的滑雪者或者目击者，无论是否有相关责任，都应该彼此留下联系方式。
