服装设计师/高级服装设计师
为了使我们的产品成为国际上最好的知名品牌，OZARK装备正在组建设计登山，徒步，旅游服装的团队。现诚聘有经验的设计师，要求能够了解户外服装的功能和特殊工艺，并能设计且绘制出在极端户外环境下适用的高品质服装。我们的设计室将迁往阳朔，因此，作为员工（你）将有机会充分体验户外的生活方式。
这个职位（的设计师）受到产品设计总监的直接领导，将会负责以下方面的工作：
1。准备户外服装的设计细节，在功能，材料，工艺以及美观性等方面均要求和同类别（国际知名品牌）的品质相同甚至更优。
2。要与设计以及市场部共同合作，推出每季的高山，攀岩，徒步，休闲旅游的系列户外服装。
3。要密切的和工厂合作，准备出样板和服装样品。
4。可以在每季的截至期限内完成项目。
5。能有效的和内部以及外部的合作伙伴沟通产品概念和设计细节。
6。收集管理关于市场走势，竞争对手产品，布料和其他材料，以及服装功能等等各方面的信息。
7。要在产品定位以及市场战略方面提供协助。
8。能自愿在野外体验服装样品。
9。所有工作的完成必须符合OZARK的质量标准。
资历要求：
1。接受过服装设计和制作的相关教育和培训。
2。要求在服装设计方面至少3年以上的工作经验，有在户外服装或者体育服装方面的经验的应聘者优先。
3。有很高的积极性，并且能够在各种条件下独立完成工作设计出高品质的在国际户外产业中知名的作品。
4。要求是活跃的户外运动者，熟悉户外服装的用途和功能。
5。愿在阳朔工作。.
6。35岁以下。
7。有创造性的设计天赋，能意识到国际（户外服装）趋势以及国内的市场需求。
8。对服装设计，样品改进，服装材料，印版辅料配件等等方面有很大的兴趣。
9。与中国攀岩界和户外界都有很好的关系。
10。精通办公和设计软件。
11。要有极强的沟通能力，有责任心，以及团队工作能力。

Garment Designer/Senior Garment Designer

Ozark Gear is building design capabilities for mountaineering, trekking and travel apparel so that our products are internationally recognized among the world’s best. We are seeking experienced designers who understand the functions and technical requirements for outdoor garments and who can design and construct high quality garments for use in extreme outdoor environments. We will relocate our design offices to Yangshuo so that employees will have the opportunity to be active participants in the outdoor lifestyle.

This position will report directly to the Director of Product Design and will have the following responsibilities.

1．
Prepare detailed designs for outdoor garments that compare to or surpass anything in their class for function, materials, workmanship and artistic design.
2．
Work with the design and marketing team to prepare seasonal concepts for our alpine, rock climbing, trekking or leisure travel garment collections.
3．
Work closely with factories to prepare prototypes and product samples.
4．
Finish projects according to seasonal deadlines.
5．
Effectively communicate product concepts and design details to internal and external parties.
6．
Collect and manage information for market related trends, competitor products, fabrics and other materials, and garment function.
7．
Assist in developing product positioning and marketing strategies.
8．
Be willing to test garment prototypes in the field.
9．
All tasks must be performed according to Ozark’s quality standards.

Qualifications:
1.
Relevant education and training in garment design and construction.
2.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in garment design, preferably in the outdoor or sports products industry.
3.
Highly motivated and able to work independently under flexible conditions to produce high quality work that will be internationally recognized in the industry.
4.
An active outdoor athlete familiar with outdoor garments usage and function.
5.
Willing to relocate to Yangshuo.
6.
Under 35 years of age.
7.
Creative design talent, awareness of international trends and domestic market demands.
8.
Great interest in garment design, sample modification, materials, printing and auxiliaries and accessories.
9.
Well connected in the China climbing or outdoor sports community.
10.
Competent with both office and design software programs.
11.
Excellent communication skills, responsible and able to work in a team.
